Thai Alignment Technique is a 90 minute session which offers healing, comfort, calm and deep release to the body and mind. During your session, tension will be soothed with methods similar to reflexology and energy point release technique. Energy pathways will be balanced through the use of skilled healing touch. Similar to muscle activation technique, the practitioner stimulates the spaces between the muscles, performs gentle stretching and range of motion to each limb creating a release of constriction in the joints. Thai Alignment Technique effectively and indirectly addresses the muscular, respiratory, digestive, and neurological systems of of the body, leading to lasting relief of pain, greater flexibility, and overall relaxation. It promotes mind-body centering, leading it to its nickname the Moving Meditation. Thai Alignment Technique can offer relief to various physical ailments while helping promote mind- body centering. Make sure to ask about using compresses in your session!
Our sessions usually taken place on a thick and comfortable mat with clients fully clothed. Movements are performed with a range of tenderness and strength, determined by each client’s comfort level.
